Board Member

Abby is the current Operations Manager at Express Employment Professionals in Owatonna and has been there for a little over 4 years. She graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2019 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and immediately followed in the footsteps of her father, Curt, who is the current owner of the Owatonna Express Employment office.

 

Abby first learned about Hospitality House of Owatonna from our guests that would go to her office to help find employment in the area.  She has a passion for helping people find meaningful employment and then being able to be their personal cheerleader for working their way up in their career. Abby reached out to HHO about a year ago to ask how she could give back. She started assisting with revamping our marketing and social media and then ultimately decided she wanted to get more involved, so she recently joined our Board in May 2023.

 

When Abby is not at work, she can be found having the time of her life raising her 3 year old little girl, Ella, alongside her partner, Zach. As a family, they enjoy being at the lake doing anything outdoorsy like fishing/boating/swimming/yard games/walks/etc. Abby is very excited to begin this new journey of being on the board of directors and can’t wait to become more involved in an organization that has such a positive impact on this community!
